Looks good to me. Sorta Mad Max meets Children of Men with a bit of Christian Allegory. Written by Cormac McCarthy, the same guy who brought us this.. What say Ye?Posted via email from hard to be. | Comment »

I believe her when Elizabeth Lambert says that she has “so much regret.” From 10 years of watching High School athletics as a Youth Minister of a local church, I can tell you that the ladies can be just as physical as their testosterone charged counterparts.
Elizabeth says that she was taken to the ground throughout the game…that she was called names…that the crowd was chanting at her. One thing I’ve learned is that I have little ability to change/control the actions of others. Some would say we have no power. However, we must remember that we control our response. This is something that I have been working on lately. In her previous two matches she only received 1 yellowcard (warning) and had ZERO in the 2500 minutes of play before that. One thing we learn is that it only takes us losing our cool once to change how we are viewed by those around us. Elizabeth cannot change what happened on the soccer pitch. She cannot control what people say about her. She can, however learn from it and make forward motion knowing that there is hope.Posted via email from hard to be. | Comment »
